Well think again, the marvelous <strong>Joe Slatter<\/strong> over at <strong>The Dark Power<\/strong> has produced a stunning, tongue in cheek and mildly disturbing video (big budget may be pushing it) for the first song from <strong>Tom Slatter\u2019s<\/strong> new album.<br \/>\n Some of the Creatures Have Broken the Locks on the Door to Lab 558? is taken from  Fit the Fourth released on 1\/6\/015 through those excellent chaps (sic) at <strong>Bad Elephant Music.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tom describes his output as:<\/p>\n<p> <em>the sort of music you\u2019d get if Genesis started writing songs with Nick Cave after watching too much Dr Who. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bad Elephant Music\u2019s<\/strong> press release stated:<\/p>\n<p> Tom weaves complex and fantastical stories throughout his music \u2013 and this new album is no different.<\/p>\n<p> Dark deeds and dangerous characters litter the narrative, including the continuing tale of Seven Bells John and the vivid steampunk world he inhabits.<\/p>\n<p> The character, who\u2019s been interwoven since debut album  Spinning The Compass, comes full circle in  Fit The Fourth<em> <\/em>, with his eventual fate revealed in 20- minute epic  Seven Bells Redeemed.?<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jfz_oz86GeQ?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-GB&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You thought the day of the bombastic, big budget video were gone?
